The guidance and counseling program is an important
part of the school curriculum. Its primary goal is to
 help develop well-adjusted individuals who can succeed in our ever-changing society. It focuses on self-understanding, interpersonal relationships, expressing ideas and feelings,
 right and responsibilities, decision-making, achievement and motivation, and problem solving.

The counselor conducts developmental classroom guidance with all students.

The counselor works with students in small groups.  Parent permission is required for participation in these groups.

The counselor works with students individually. Student may be self-referred, parent referred or referred by a teacher/administrator.

The counselor works with parents and guardians.
